What is the location of this house in fort lauderdale?

We stayed at this property the month of April 2023. They claim it is a 6 Bedroom 7 Bathroom home but two of the bedrooms do not have proper closets. In addition, the outside terraces have not shade covering so unless a cloudy day, it is difficult to use. The pool temperature was inconsistent and in order to adjust we had to text the host to have them adjust when we wanted to use, including the hottub. They don't have shades on the living room windows, so it is really difficult to enjoy the room when sun is out. We were there during the big rain as well and discovered why they didn't have shades on the living room window, the whole wall leaked into the house! In addition the downstairs bathroom was leaking so much the plaster was falling from ceiling! They made no attempt to come fix. This was the room we were using as the nursery for our triplets. I also think it is worth mentioning, we asked for more than two towels for the beds and were told that they are not set up for long term rentals. We wish we would have known about this prior. In addition, we asked for cleaning 2 days a week so we could have the laundry done on one of the days. We were told fine but later told that they won't do laundry because they are afraid of damaging people's clothes. I said, they should have a service that won't damage clothes! The pictures are old, the house is very worn out and not being maintained. We had fully exposed wood in the door threshold in the 2nd floor bedroom. The bathroom that is intended for the bedroom also serves as the guest bathroom for the house. The shower in that bedroom is a freestanding unit that the door didn't close all the way and it was unusable unless you wanted to mop the floor after every shower. Finally, we were told that there was a whole house sound system using Sonos. This was true, but it didn't work. I asked if they could fix and I was informed that it works off Alexa. The reality was only the entry foyer worked off Alexa! We paid six figures for this rental and were expecting the service to be top notch. It was not. We did not like dealing with LUXURI properties as the service and response was not great. In addition they offered to pay us $3000 to sign a non disclosure document that we would not write a bad review and share our experience. We declined. We feel it is important to state the facts for other users to see. Thank you.
